Part 1: Repeat the following exercises 3 times (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)

1) Toe touch jacks
2) breakdance pushups
3) 3 bunny hops, switch
4) side squat, back lunge (right leg)
5) High knees
6) Side squat back lunge (left leg)
7) 2 plank hops 1 tricep pushup

Part 2: Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises
1) 3 lunge pulses forward and back (10 reps per leg)
2) Plank cross-over glut raise (15 reps per leg)
3) 40 jump squats
4) single leg glut bridge (30 reps per leg - in sets of 15)
5) Commando plank (20 reps)
6) Bicycle abs (40 reps)
