Hitting upper clavicular pec region with heavy kettlebell half crush presses.
This is not a full motion overhead press. If it is able to fall on top of your head..... its wrong. The elbows should not go outward during the press more than a couple inches.
And yes.... you COULD use dumbbell as well . Its actually great with a 60 to 100 lb atlas stone!!
