Workout:
around 15 mins and 40 seconds total if doing it for timed amount without other rests in between. As I was demonstrating exercises it took longer.
complete 1-3 rounds total

Glutes: 1:00
30 seconds on 10 seconds off
Sauats
Pulses
Sumo squats
Pulses
Squat knee raise to elbow

Cardio: 5:35
30 seconds on 10 seconds off
Plank into squat
Mountain climber + kick back
Mountain climbers jump side to hands

Glute isolation: 9:50
20 seconds on 10 seconds off (i accidentally changed the timer - supposed to be 30 sec)
Single leg hip thrust each side
Fire hydrant each side
Donkey kick each side

Abs: 14:30
30 seconds on 10 seconds off
Pike to touch alternating
Bent knee crunch
Plank pike
Dead bugs alternating
Straight leg raises alternating

Salad ingredients:
Quinoa cooked
red kidney beans canned and drained
lettuce
kale
tomato
cucumber
onion
sesame
avocado
green chili
coriander
pumpkin baked
cauliflower baked
sweet potato baked
lime juice
