This is a sweet and sour sauce for dipping egg rolls, spring rolls, etc. This clip was extracted from my Bánh cuốn video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzXg-OyTZ30]. Some people didn't watch that video didn't know the sauce was there. Hopefully, this will make it easier to find.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE:
1-2 cup of sugar (palm, white, or brown)
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of fish sauce
Chili garlic sauce
1-2 limes

HOW TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
✓ Heat the sugar in a small pot to melt it.
✓ After the sugar has completely melted and turned brown, add 1 cup of water.
✓ Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved.
✓ Move the sugar solution to a medium bowl.
✓ Add one tablespoon of salt.
✓ Add fish sauce.
✓ Squeeze the lime in.
✓ Taste the mixture and add salt and lime juice as needed.
✓ Add the chile garlic sauce to make it as spicy as you want.
✓ Stir well.
