Using two light dumbbells, flow from one exercise into the next, performing one repetition of each. In each subsequent round, add one rep to the pushups and the rows until you get to five reps, then begin again at one. All other movements remain one rep. Repeat for 10 minutes. Do not be too proud to regress your pushup reps to your knees.
