2 medium sized tomatoes
1 medium sized onion (Roughly Chopped)
3 tbsp cream
1 small onion (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste each
1 Pinch of Food colour (Orange)
1/2 tsp Hot spices Powder
2 tbsp Green Coriander Leaves
3 Green Chilies
5 tbsp Ghee/Oil
marinate the chicken with yogurt,salt and food colour for 15 minutes.
add roughly chopped onion and tomato in a jar and blend it to make a paste.
heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, fry it till golden brown.
now add marinated chicken, fry it fr few minutes.
now add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
now add fine paste of tomatoes and onions.
fry till the all water gets dry.
now add cream, fry for 2 minutes.
add hot spices powder as well.
add 1 1/2 cup water, cover it with a lid, cook it for 15 minutes or till the chicken get tender.
turn off the flame.
smoke a coal on high flame.
put a small steel bowl in between the gravy, put the smoky coal in the steel bowl,pour 1 tbsp oil on the coal, cover the lid immediately.
let it cover for 15 minutes.
ready to serve. serve it with roti naan or chawal.
