Cooking time:15 minutes
500 g boneless chicken
4 tbsp cream or maai
4 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste(heaped)
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp green coriander+2 green chilies(both well crushed)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
marinate the chicken with lemon juice, salt,crushed coriander leaves and green chilies, black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste garam masala powder, yogurt and cream.
mix them well.
keep it for marination for at least 1 hour,
after marination add oil and corn flour, mix it wel, you can add corn four before as well.
now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated , so it will pierce easily.
heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp butter, spread it.
add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.
do not over crowd the pan. cook on high flame for 2 min.
After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over.
Simmer the flame and cover it with a lid and cook for five minutes.
After five minutes open the lid and cook it an high flame until the water gets dry.
Cook out until you get nice grill marks.
Now heat a charcoal until it's red in color
in the pan put a steel glass and place the coal in it.
Pour the oil and cover it.
Let it covered for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes remove the coal and serve it!
