How to make chocolate fondant or chocolate lave cake at home. The chocolate molten lava cake, also simply known as molten chocolate cake, is a delectable and decadent chocolate dessert. The best part is, these cakes come in relatively small portions and are both delicious and not as bad for you as you may think. You may have had this soft, warm, and mouth-watering dessert at restaurants and are ready to try it on your own. The cake is surprisingly easy to make. They're also called baked chocolate pudding because the cake is firm on the outside and molten chocolate on the inside. This is my favorite chocolate recipe. Chocolate Lava Cakes, which is the perfect dessert cake recipe for Valentine's Day,Mothers Day, New year or any special celebrations. They are pretty quick to make and this recipe serves 4 people.

The ingredients for the chocolate lava cake :
75 gr of dark chocolate
65 gr of unsalted butter
65 gr of flour
65 gr of caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
5 tsp of cocoa powder

To make this yummy dessert, you need to do the following:

Step 1 : Preheat your oven to 180 C or 356 F.
Step 2: Melt your chocolate with butter over the slow heat and add cocoa powder
Step 3: Coat the muffin/cupcake tray with butter and cocoa powder, so that chocolate cakes don't stick to the baking tray when we take them out. This is very important, otherwise your cakes will break.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
Step 5 : Combine the egg mixture with the chocolate and then slowly add flour. Don't over mix.
Step 6: Pour the delicious chocolate mixture into the muffin/cupcake tray and fill them 3/4 of the way.
Step 7 : Bake them for 6-8 minutes, depending on your oven.
Step 8: Serve with ice cream, berries or extra chocolate sauce. Enjoy.

65 гр несоленого сливочного масла
65 гр муки
65 гр сахарной пудры
