Crispy Fried Modak is an awesome sweet dumpling stuffed with sweet filling made of an amalgamation of coconut, cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, sweetened with jaggery and pleasantly flavored with cardamom powder. The outer casing is made of a mix of semolina (suji), wheat flour, maida and dash of salt mixed with ghee that gives a nice crispy texture when air fried.
