Ok guys, here is the rest of the footage from our trip to The Big Apple! We attended the New York Toy Fair 4 out of the 4 days. We saw more new toys than you would ever dream about. So we needed to take a break from the dolls and action figures and check out what this city is known for..Broadway!

We caught 3 shows during our visit, Rocky the Musical, Kinky Boots & The Book of Mormon. Each show was completely different, but all amazing in their own ways! If you're a musical fan, we highly recommend them!

We were able to purchase half price tickets at the TKTS booth on Times Square for a couple of the shows. You can usually get tickets for 50% face value. Book of Mormon was sold out and not offered at TKTS, so the only way we were going to see the show is if we won the lottery held 2 hours before curtain. You have to write your name down on a little form and then wait for the drawing. They have 20 seats reserved for the lottery. 10 are in the first row of the orchestra section. The other 10 are in the box seats on the side of the theater. If your name is called, you can purchase up to 2 tickets for $32 (not bad considering full price tickets can be $150+). Well, they called a bunch of names and only had two more left. Guess who they called? DaddyTube! So we picked up our tickets and got a cool little button that said "I Won The Book of Mormon Lottery". Pretty cool. So we finished off the trip by seeing another Tony Award winning show by the creators of South Park and composer of Frozen, Robert Lopez.

We needed to pick up some souvenirs for the kids, so we head over to the giant Hershey's chocolate store in Times Square to see what they have. MommyTube couldn't get enough chocolate, so we crossed the street to the M&M Store.

The trip home was quite an experience, with multiple delays due to snow. Took us about 12 hours to get back home. But we are glad to be back with the kids and ready
to make some more videos as a family!
