Remember I said there was gonna be that weird thing? Welcome to my kitchen. Chef Datto is here to cook you delicious food. Let's begin with Chickem Parm shoved into garlic bread.

Chef Datto is a character that I play. He thinks he knows everything about cooking. He knows nothing about cooking.

Stuff You Need:

1 large baguette
2 slices of mozzarella for every slice of chicken going into the baguette (8-12 slices should be alright)
1 chicken breast, skinless, boneless (or pre-breaded chicken strips)
1-2 cups of Flour
2-4 eggs
Bag of breadcrumbs depending on how many slices of chicken
1-1.5 cups of canola or vegetable oil for frying the chicken

Garlic spread/sauce: [1/4 or 1/3 cup of butter, 3/8th tsp garlic powder if you don't wanna use actual garlic, others 2-3 cloves, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon parsley)

Making the garlic spread: Melt the butter however you want. Throw everything else into the melted butter. Mix it up.

Prep:

Put flour into its own bowl, spice with salt/pepper and mix.
Put eggs into their own bowl and whisk them together.
Put breadcrumbs into their own bowl, spice with salt/pepper and mix.

Put oil into small pan on stovetop and fill with oil. Fill pan almost halfway. Put heat to medium and let the oil heat up. Temperature will fluctuate depending on how much food is being cooked. DO NOT POUR OIL DOWN THE DRAIN OF SINK.

Pre-heat oven to 350 whenever you're done with the oil.

How to make it:

1. Slice the chicken into moderately thick strips, thin enough that they'll fit inside the bread.

2. Dip the strip into the flour to coat it on all sides, then into the egg wash on both sides, then into the bread crumbs on both sides. Place into oil. Repeat for as much chicken as you much.

3. Take out chicken from oil when golden brown and place onto a plate that has napkins on it.

4. Hollow out the baguette, but leave bread on the edges so you're not just eating crust. You don't need to cut the bread into small slices at this time.

5. Wrap chicken in the cheese. Layer two slices of cheese on top of them so that only 1 inch of the slices are on top of each other. Then wrap the chicken and put it inside the bread.

6. Slice halfway through the bread with the chicken in it. Apply the garlic spread on top of the bread, letting some of the spread into the middle of the loaf via the slices.

7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil. Put it on a tray and stick it in the oven for about 10-12 minutes at 350. Chicken is already cooked, so we just want to melt the cheese.

8. Eat it immediately. Feel free to add tomato sauce as a dipping sauce.
