It’s not every day something 68 million years old gets to be brand new. Announced in an article published by Current Biology, researchers at the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology have discovered a new dinosaur species Regaliceratops peterhewsi nicknamed “Hellboy” in the Canadian province of Alberta, a region known globally as one of the richest sources of dinosaur fossils in the world.

Regaliceratops peterhewsi aka “Hellboy” was filmed over several hours as painted by the talented Julius Csotonyi who specializes in Paleoart and Illustration. Julius grew up in Alberta, Canada, and has been drawing dinosaurs since childhood. He has created art for coins for The Royal Canadian Mint, stamps for Canada Post, and his Paleoart art can be found in museums around North America including The Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta.
