We are making a tomato-based dipping sauce and easy Japanese-style chicken char siu with a microwave oven. The savory taste of the tomato makes the dipping sauce so refreshing. People who tend to avoid dishes with a very rich flavor will also enjoy this recipe.

* The time for bringing the meat to room temperature and marinating it is not included in the cooking time.

- Noodles -
2 bags Fresh Ramen Noodles, thick noodle type
Sesame Oil

- Chashu -
1 Chicken Thigh, net weight 300g/10.6 oz per piece after removing excess fat
1 tbsp Sake
1 tsp Ginger Juice
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Honey, 7g/0.25 oz for 1 tsp
1/2 tsp Grated Garlic
Black Pepper, coarsely ground

- Tomato Dipping Sauce -
400g Diced Tomato, packaged (14.1 oz)
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
100g Onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder, Chinese-style
Water, to adjust the thickness of the sauce, we used chicken broth instead.
Cheese, use your favorite cheese
Grated Cheese, Parmesan
Salt
Pepper

- Side Vegetables -
5 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber, shredded

<材料>
[麺]
中華生麺(太麺):2玉
ごま油

[鶏チャーシュー]
鶏もも肉:1枚(300g)
(余分な脂を取り除いた後の重さが300g)
酒:大さじ1
生姜汁:小さじ1
しょうゆ:小さじ2
オイスターソース:小さじ2
はちみつ:小さじ1(7g)
にんにく(すりおろす):小さじ1/2
粗挽き黒こしょう

[トマトつけだれ]
・トマトの水煮(カットタイプ):1缶 (400g)
・にんにく(みじん切り):ひとかけ分
・玉ねぎ(みじん切り):100g
・オリーブオイル:大さじ1½
・鶏ガラスープの素:大さじ1½
・水:つけだれがゆるい場合は不要(ビデオではゆで鶏のスープがあったのでそれを使いました)
・お好みのチーズ適量
・粉チーズ(パルメザンチーズ)適量
・塩 こしょう

[付け合わせ]
ミニトマト:5個
きゅうり(千切り);1/2本分
