Bend the knees to bring the feet under your hips, turning your heels together and pushing your knees out (think frog legs), with your back staying parallel to the ground.
Keep your weight evenly balanced between your hands and the inside balls of feet.
Lower yourself down by bending at the elbows while pushing your knees out and keeping your back flat.
Press away from the floor to return to the starting position and repeat for desired repetitions.
