Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below:

蛋糕底

材籿:

1. 3 只旦
2 10 湯匙奶
3. 150 克糖 = 5.2 oz
4. 250 克先濾過麵粉 = 8.8 oz
5. 2 茶匙半先濾過發粉
6. 200 ml 有汽礦泉水= 6.76 fl oz
7. 3 湯匙先濾過 cocoa 粉
8. 少許溶牛油

做:
1. 3 只旦分打 旦白加少許鹽打實
2. 旦黃加入奶拌勻
3. 糖分 4 次加入打起泡至creamy
4. 加入麵粉和發粉拌和倒入一半礦泉水拌勻
5. 再加入餘卞礦泉水
6. 加入 cocoa 粉
7. 最後加入打實蛋白

28 吋圓焗盆放油紙,擦牛油在盆底和邊,倒入 1 至7
焗爐180° C = 356° F, 10 分前先熱,放入焗盆,大約 35 至 40 分,
用竹簽入放中間,拿出清潔,蛋糕已焗妥.

餡:

1. 1 瓶醱櫻桃. 取出 8 粒留裝飾
倒出水加入 100克 = 3.5 oz 糖煮至沸,加入 7 湯匙豆粉加些水,煮沸後,關火.倒入櫻桃拌勻後,加入 1 湯匙櫻桃酒拌和,攤凍.
2. 200 克 = 6.76 fl oz 鮮奶油加入 8 克 = 2 1/2 tsp 雲呢拿糖和 1 湯匙糖打實.

做:
蛋糕攤凍後橫切三片,放大碟,加上鐵環,依序:蛋糕上放櫻桃餡,蛋糕放上, 2 湯匙旦黃酒,弄平,倒入巳打實鮮奶油,最後一片蛋糕蓋面,放雪櫃一夜,令蛋糕吸收餡的水份.

笠日:

從雪櫃取出蛋糕
1. 400 克 = 13.53 fl oz 鮮奶油加入 16 克 = 5 tsp 雲呢拿糖及 2 湯匙糖,打實
2. 打實鮮奶油擦在蛋糕上面和全身
3. 放上 8 粒櫻桃
4. 洒朱古力片全身和面

Blackforest cake

Ingredients:
1. 3 eggs
2. 10 soup spoons milk
3. 150 grams = 5.2 oz sugar
4. 250 grams = 8.8 oz sieved flour
5. 2 and half tea spoons sieved baking powder
6 200 ml = 6.76 fl oz carbonated water
7. 3 soup spoons sieved cocoa powder
8. some melted butter

Method:
separte egg yolks from egg white
beat egg white add some salt till stiff
beat egg yolks and milk,add sugar time to time in till creamy,
pour in flour and baking powder into dough add half of the carbonated water mix together then pour the rest water in,
add cocoa powder and the egg white mix well

Method:
28 cm round baking tin, put baking paper on and some butter to grease the tin, pour dough in.
before baking heat oven for 10 minutes 180°C= 356° F, mosty when I bake I use the second stages from bottom
bake 35 - 40 minutes use the tooth pick stick in middle of the cake, when come out clean , it is done, allow to cool completely.

filling:
1. one glass of sour cherries
2. 100 grams = 3.5 oz sugar
3. 7 soup spoons corn starch mix with some water
4. 1 soup spoon kirsch
5. 200 grams = 6.76 fl oz fresh cream
6. 8 grams = 2 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
7. 1 soup spoon sugar
8. 2 soup spoons egg nogg

Method:
take away 8 cherries for topping,
cherries water add 100 grams = 3.5 oz sugar and boiled, pour in corn starch when it is boiling, take out from heat add all the cherries in ,and 1 soup spoon kirsch mix well, let it cool down,
200 grams = 6.76 fl oz fresh cream add 8 grams = 2 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar and 1 soup spoon sugar beat stiff

Method:
cake sliced into 3 pieces put cake rack ,
first layer : cake
second layer: cherries
third layer: cake spread 2 soup spoons egg nogg and fresh cream
fourth layer: cake
for my experience the cake tastes better when it stays over night in the frigde.

next morning

400 grams = 13.53 fl oz fresh cream add 16 grams = 5 tsp vanilla sugar and 2 soup spoons sugar beat stiff
coat the side and top all over with fresh cream,
put 8 cherries on top
sprinkle chocolate shaving on the cake
