Welcome to workout 13 of our #FITIN15 Plan! These multi muscle group moves help you blast off more fat by maximizing your calorie burn while you sculpt your entire body! We'll build into the moves so just do your best, listen to your body and stick with the options and versions of the exercises that work best for your current fitness level.

Keep an eye out for Peanut in this one - she had plenty of energy during this routine! Oh boy!

Level: All

Equipment: 1 set of dumbbells (3-15 lbs, depending on level, can also be done without dumbbells)

Intensity: Moderate

This 15-minute full length home workout routine burns calories, elevates the heart rate and works the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like:

Warm Up, squat, squat with arm swings, alternating rear lunges, alternating rear lunges with opposite arm overhead raise, dumbbell squat swing catch, hip hinge, alternating dumbbell overhead raise with rear lunge, deadllifts, rear fly, biceps curls, inchworm push ups, side to side taps, upper back stretch, chest stretch, cool down.
