If you love Pizza and those stuffed Paratha's You will definitely love this dish. It is somewhat difficult to make and you can also tweak it on your own style but it tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cups
Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
For Filling:
Mutton Kheema - 200 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin/Zeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly/Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion
Green Chillies
Coriander and Mint Leaves
