Whip one cup of cream and set aside.
Mix 8 ounce package of room temperature cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Then fold in your whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
Put this into your ready pie crust.
Now put your strawberries on your pie, I used about 2 pounds of strawberries.
Next make a glaze with 3/4 cup sugar, 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon salt and one cup of water. Bring to a boil to thicken, then cool for 2 minutes and then pour carefully over your Strawberries.
Refrigerate for two hours and enjoy!

1 cup of heavy cream
8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup water
red food coloring (optional)
