4) 4 toe taps, 1/2 burpee, box jump (10 reps)
5) 5 star burpees
6) Super man knee tucks (10 reps)
7) 5 burpees
8) L&R plank hops, 2 pike pushups (10 reps)
9) 5 star burpees
10) 4 pulse crunches, 4 bike abs (10 reps)
11) 5 burpees
12) Single leg squats (10 reps each leg)
