Bodybuilding legends such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steve Reeves, Reg Park, Leroy Colbert, and Bill Pearl swore by this classic method of building strength and size. Jason explains what makes full body training so effective and why it is the most efficient way for natural or non-enhanced lifters to get quick and dependable results without having to spend hours at the gym 5 or more days a week doing monotonous high volume training that doesn't translate in to functional strength near as effectively as a routine that focuses on heavy weight and full body range of motion.
