Using a mix of styles including Pilates, yoga, barre and some traditional body sculpting, this total body 25-minute barefoot fusion sculpt workout is easy to do at home in a small space. Plus, it's low impact, so you won't have to worry about disturbing your downstairs neighbors (or your knees!).


Level: All

Equipment: A set of light dumbbells (2-8 lbs, depending on level), a mat is recommended for hard surfaces

Intensity: Low to Moderate

Target the muscles in your arms, shoulders, back, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, thighs, inner thighs, outer thighs, hips, abs, even your ankles and feet with exercises like:
