聖誕曲奇餅材料:
1. 250 克= 8.8 oz 先濾麵粉
2. 80 克= 2.8 oz 糖粉
3. 160 克= 5.65 oz 凍牛油
4. 1 只旦黃
5. 少許鹽
6. 2 茶匙rum 酒
做:
250 克麵粉, 80 克糖粉, 160 克牛油薄片混合後, 中間放入旦黃, rum 酒, 用手槎成麵糰, 用保鮮紙包放在雪櫃1 小時.
做旦獎:
2 只旦黃加 5 茶匙奶
面裝飾:
1. 5 tsp 糖粉和 2 tsp 暖水拌勻
2. 一些朱古力液
焗爐: 180° C= 356° F, 10 分前熱, 放爐中層 10 至 12 分
Ingredients:
1. 250 gram = 8.8 oz sieved flour
2. 80 gram= 2.8 oz icing sugar
3. 160 gram= 5.65 oz butter, cut thin slices
4. 1 egg yolk
5. a pinch of salt
6. 2 tbsp rum
egg wash:
2 egg yolks and 5 tsp milk mix together
Topping:
1. 5 tsp icing sugar and 2 tsp warm water mix together
2. some chocolate glaze
oven:
heat oven 10 min on 180° C = 356° F before baking, bake on middle stage, 10 to 12 minutes
