Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
You can do this 10 Min Fullbody Glow Up Workout every single morning to reach your goal. Follow my steps and try to keep up. Don't worry if you can't do these exercises perfectly from day 1. Repeat every morning and you will get better and your body will start to show the changes.
We will start with a warm up (0:12), including Jog in Place, Rocking Squats, Boxer Shuffle and Alternate Leg Reaches.
For the Glow Up Workout we will do two sessions with a 1 minute break between them. We will start the first session with a Birdman (1:35), Boxer Shuffle (2:23), Knee Hugs (3:07), Macarena Hops (3:52) and 90 Degree Squats (4:37).
As I said earlier, we will now take a 1 minute rest and we will continue our second part of the Fullbody Glow Up Workout Routine with Alternating Warrior (6:30). Burpees (7:20), Closed Squats (8:00), Clap Jacks (8:45) and Boxer Bounds (9:30).
