This workout will burn approx 400-700 calories, depending on your size and intensity.

This workout has 2 parts. Do Part 1 followed by Part 2. Then repeat the whole thing :)

Part 1 - HIIT (Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises - 50 sec work, 10 sec rest)
1) Burpee with 4 mountain climbers
2) 10 hi knees, 2 squat jumps
3) Burpee into side plank
4) 3 side shuffles, 3 switch lunges
5) Tricep pushup into kick through
6) Drop kick into airplane

Part 2 - Sculpt
1) straight leg leg lifts (20 reps)
2) Knee-in abs (15 reps)
3) Side plank hip raise kick outs (10 reps per side)
4) Pike abs (15 reps)
5) Scissor kicks (20 reps)
6) Around the world abs (15 reps)

**BONUS** - 2 minute plank walk. (Set your stopwatch for 2 min)
