A favorite among clients in the gym, Abominable Abdominals combined three of the best six pack developing exercises with a fat torching high intensity pace:
20 x Leg Raises with Swiss Ball
20 x Crunches with feet on ball and knees at a right angle
20 x Knee-Touch Crunches with feet on Swiss Ball and legs out straight
1 x Advanced Plank on a Swiss Ball to failure (optional)

This might abs workout asks for no rest between exercises and only 30 seconds rest at the end of a full round. Complete 4-5 total rounds.
