This is a Russian beef stroganoff recipe made with soured cream and is much more authentic than a lot of the versions out there with cream of mushroom soup! Try it and you'll taste the difference. This is a recipe for people who do not have a lot of time on their hands and need a quick and easy recipe. Oh Beef Stroganoff—the ultimate comfort food! Tender strips of beef and mushrooms are first sautéed in butter, then swirled with sour cream to make a creamy sauce, and served over noodles, rice, or fries. It’s not diet food, but it will make you smile. Beef stroganoff is a Russian dish. From its origins in 19th-century Russia, it has become popular around the world, with considerable variation from the original recipe.

For this recipe you will need :
500 gr of beef strips
150 gr of white rice ( optional, you can use pasta as well)
300 ml of sour cream
500 gr of mushrooms
2 onions
2 tbs of flour
3 garlic cloves ( optional)
Salt & Pepper

To make this dish you need to do the following:
Step 1 : Boil you rice or pasta
Step 2: Fry onions with garlic, add salt and pepper
Step 3: Add beef, add then flour, fry until golden.
Step 4 : Add sour cream, mix well.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!! You can keep this for 2-3 days in a fridge.
