Easy Pork Pies filling cooked in the Tefal Cook 4 Me and the pies are cooked in the Pie maker. The easiest and best pastry for this recipe is Hot Water Pastry and we show you how to make that too. It's different to any other pastry you have seen. No rolling and cutting to start with and it stays crisp, light and short even when chilled, which is how you eat these delectable little chilled picnic or brunch pies. We do hope you give it a try.

For the Pork Pies

500g lean pork
100g bacon
2 bay leaves
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
small handful of celery tops or you could use celery salt
250g chicken stock
1 1/2t vege salt
1/2t pepper
2 sheets of gelatine leaves

For the Hot water Pastry

250g plain flour
150 mls boiling water
50g butter
1t salt
50g lard

Food is fun, we hope you enjoy our journey.
