How to make Mushroom Julienne - Russian Food - Жулье...

This is a traditional Russian dish, Russian/French to be exact. It’s made with thinly sliced mushrooms, sour cream, cheese and cream. It’s very rich and creamy. I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite recipes with you, a Russian dish called Mushroom Julienne. Traditionally, this dish is served as an appetizer, although I found it goes very nice as a side dish or with salad. If you love mushrooms, this dish is perfect for you. If you don’t really like mushrooms, I still recommend that you try it. I’ve turned a lot of people into mushroom lovers with this dish! Traditionally served in a tiny metal or ceramic individual dishes, called cocottes, it's elegant and lovely starter.

We will need :
2 chopped onions
50 gr of unsalted butter
1 tbsp of flour
100 gr of cheese
Pepper & Salt
200 gr of mushrooms
150 gr of sour cream

Step 1 : Fry onion in butter. Once they are golden brown, we add the mushrooms. Cook until water evaporates completely.
Step 2 : Then we add the flour, mix and then add the sour cream. Cook it for 5 more min.
Step 3 : Once everything is mixed in, add salt and pepper or any other spices you have. Divide the mixture into little pots or anything you have in your house.
Step 4 : Put some grated cheese on top and grill it so it becomes nice and brown.
Step 5 : Serve with some bread and salad!

Жульен с грибами - лучший рецепт. Как правильно и вкусно приготовить жульен с грибами. Жульен – это прекрасное французское блюдо, которое, как правило, подают на праздничный стол. Но готовить жульен совсем несложно, потому его вполне можно подавать и будничными вечерами. Правда, блюдо благодаря использованию сметанного соуса достаточно калорийно – не стоит готовить его уж очень часто. Жульен из грибов - очень вкусное и несложное блюдо. Классический рецепт жульена с грибами требует специальных жаростойких формочек с ручками - кокотниц. Однако можно жульен с грибами подать и в горшочках.

Нам понадобится :
2 нарезанныx лукa
50 г сливочного масла
1 столовая ложка муки
100 гр сыра
Перец и соль
200 гр грибов
150 гр сметаны
