250 ml Fresh Cream
1/2 cup full cream milk (boiled and cooled up to room temperature)
1/4 cup condensed milk (or powdered sugar)
4 tblsps Strawberry Crush OR 1 tsp Strawberry essence with 2 drops of red food colour OR 1 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
1 pinch salt
Butter paper
