How to make an easy dessert at home - strawberry roulade with fresh strawberry cream topped with fresh strawberries. Perfect dessert for the summer. I made my version with low fat yogurt, but you can also use full fat. This recipe serves 6-8 people and is perfect for a dinner party. Strawberry Roulade or also known as a Swiss roll is a type of sponge cake roll. The origins of the term "Swiss roll" are unclear. The cake originated in Central Europe, but not in Switzerland as the name would suggest. It appears to have been invented in the nineteenth century, along with doughnuts and Victoria sponge.

The ingredients for this easy dessert you will need:
- 200 gr of strawberries ( leave few strawberries to decorate the cake afterwards)
- 100 gr of low fat greek yogurt
- 100 gr of low fat creme fresh ( you can also use sour cream)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 25 gr of icing sugar
- 75 gr of flour
- 100 gr of caster sugar

To make this cake, you need to do the following:

Step 1 : Preheat your oven to 200 C or 390 F.
Step 2: Prepare the cake. Break 3 eggs into the bowl and whisk them with sugar slowly.
Step 3: Add vanilla extract into the mixture, and then fold in the flour slowly into the mixture.
Step 4: Line a baking sheet and grease it with butter, so the cake doesn't stick to the tin. Pour the mixture onto the tray equally.
Step 5 : Bake it for 15 min until golden brown.
Step 6 : Make the filling. You need to mix the yogurt with creme fresh and icing sugar. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
Step 7: Take the cake out. Line down a towel and paper or foil piece. Place the cake and roll it, let it cool down for 5-10 min.
Step 8 : Fill the cake with cream and add strawberries, gently fold the cake. It is ok for the cream to run out on the sides.
Step 9 : Put some icing sugar with strawberries over the cake and serve :))

- 200 гр клубники ( оставить несколько клубнику , чтобы украсить торт впоследствии)
- 150 гр нежирного греческий йогурт
- 150 гр нежирного крем фреш ( можно также использовать сметану )
- 3 яйца
- 1 чайная ложка ванильного экстракта
- 25 гр сахарной пудры
- 75 г муки
- 100 гр сахарной пудры
