I'm stoked to share my interview with Richard Nikoley of Free the Animal. Richard is who one of the leading voices in the paleo community and an inspiring figure to boot.
Tipping the scale at about 240 at over 33% body fat and skyrocketing blood pressure, Richard decided to do something about it. He eschewed the standard American diet and lost 60 pounds and gained significant strength. In the meantime, he got caught up in the wacky world of paleo, started a blog, and suddenly was thrust into the position of into one of the leaders of the movement.
