3:12 Let me rephrase this question better. In an earlier video this week did I understand you correctly that other deadlift variations are easier to recover from than the default deadlift? If the answers yes, does a novice have any business programming them?
6:40 Hey coath I have a tendency of leaning on my right leg when I squat even on low intensities and even when I'm deloading. Whenever I get to my NLP and high intensity the day after that only my right leg is sore and the tendons and ligaments hurt. My knee also tends to cave in. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
