2:41 Hey coach, im doing tbarrows with leg drive with 95kg in plates for 5x5(torso angle between parallel and 45 degrees) and latpulldowns(underhandgrip) with 115kg 5x6, im also doing the standing press. Im not deadlifting a lot at the moment as the cheatrows already work my posterior chain quite a bit. Am i getting sufficient upperback volume from what im doing? My lats are overshadowing the rest of my physique but im not so sure about my upper back thickness. Thoughts on this? thx coach!
4:59 Hey Jason, I'm 5'11". I bulked from 155 to 185 in 2 years thanks to the advice you gave me when you answered my question on Patreon. However, I still haven't hit a 3 plate squat or the 4 plate deadlift like you say. I used Stronglifts to get to a 300lb pound squat for 2 reps and a 360lb deadlift for 1. but then plateaued for a while and now I'm doing Madcow 5x5. I get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night and I have a relaxed/calm lifestyle. However, it's nearly impossible for me to eat more than 3200 calories in solid food. It's been making me feel nauseas everyday and sometimes I vomit. I've switched up my meals a lot to keep variety but I'm getting tired of most foods that I used to like eating. It's gotten to the point where I'm eating chips and soda to get in more calories so that I don't risk getting full so I can eat more. Can I bulk with liquids as well as solid foods, for example, eat rice and beans/pasta for 1600 calories and then consume the rest of my calories from those 64 oz. Naked/Bolthouse Farm smoothies, or a half gallon of milk? I've got so desperate that I started drinking coffee creamer by itself. It feels hopeless sometimes Coach and I'm not even worried about getting fat. I just want to get strong as f*ck!
