While it's the most wonderful time of the year, we know the holiday season can get a little hectic with holiday parties, shopping, family visits and giving, making it tough to find the time to fit in fitness too. Not to worry! Here at JESSICASMITHTV, we've got you covered year round. Join us for our #Quickfit program in December to stay on track with your workouts, maintain your fitness level and, most importantly, relieve stress (oh, and there may be some helpful extra holiday calorie burning in there too)!

All of the workouts in this program are 20-minutes-or-less (they shrink in length the closer we get to the holidays) so they are easy and convenient to fit in during your already busy day (most are also equipment free, making them perfect for travel too!).
