This video shows two different ways of getting more flexible. The static and dynamic way. Static flexibility exercises are most common and known by most people, but less common are the dynamic exercise, which often have a bad name. Dynamic exercises do not get you injured, BUT it is only suited for those who are more advanced with flexibility workouts. It requires knowledge of your own body and its limits.
