#Komalcooks Veg puff pastry !
ingredients- For the puff pastry
1.5 cups maida, salt to taste, 350 grams butter
For the masala- jeera,coriander powder,turmeric, salt to taste, two big potatoes, one cup frozen peas

1.Mix salt with maida and knead it into a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes before rolling it into a thin layer.
2.Shape 350 grams of butter into a square and freeze it, once frozen, place the butter in the center of the rolled out dough and fold it in like a envelope, cover it into a foil and either freeze for 10 minutes or place in the fridge for half an hour.
3. Sprinkle some maida on the rolling board and roll the puff pasty out as thin as possible and fold again in an envelope form, cover in foil and place it again in the fridge for half an hour or 10 minutes in freezer. Do this rolling & creating into an envelope 4 times in total and place it in the fridge in between the rolling.
4. Create the veg stuffing of choice
5.Cut the puff pastry, add the stuffing and close it completely. Bake it at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until it is golden brown.
6. Let these cool down before eating!
