I demonstrated how the vertical cable pulling pattern can be one of the great exercises for improving posture, alignment, and function of the core. In this video, I will demonstrate how if performed properly, the vertical cable pulling pattern improves scapular stability:
by improving the alignment of the trunk and spine, improves scapulo-thoracic function; by improving scapular stability by improving function of the serratus anterior, lower trapezius, and latissimus dorsi; by training the entire shoulder complex in a fundamental movement pattern.
