If there’s one thing the place we’re trapped in has in abundance, it’s rooms. You’d think that that wouldn’t be the case, but this area is coming closer to contending with the rest of the asylum in terms of screens to explore. That’s no bad thing of course, for this is where the bulk of the NPCs we can talk to seem to be located and I want as many people to talk to as possible. This isn’t just so we can solve puzzles by doing so; I’ve really enjoyed interacting with the people Edna has met along the way, especially what they have to say when I use items on them that don’t solve their puzzle.
We’ve only met a few of the people we heard about in the group session we attended and Aluman mentioned even more, so I expect we’ll be looking around this place a fair bit more before we can get the full picture on what we need to do. Our first priority of course will be to find a way back to the other part of the asylum, but anything we can do to inch our way towards true freedom while we’re stuck here is an achievement all its own.
