SuperHero ROUGH Template For James EXAMPLE.

Lift in the gym Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Day 1 (Monday)
1. Squats 4x6
2. Incline Bench Press 4x6
3. Seated Rows (Bench Press Grip) 3x8
4. Overhead Press 3x8
5. Lat Pulldown 3x10
6. Face Pull 2x15
7. Weighted Dips 2x12-15

Additionally On Tuesday,Thursday & Saturday James will be doing the following (he has a pull up bar, a weighted vest and an EZ cur bar):

1. Pull Ups 5 sets of 10
2. Push Ups 5 sets of 20 (weighted)
3. Curls 4 sets of 10 (strict form, no momentum)

Lifting rules: NEVER GO TO FAILURE. The goal is to practice good technique on everything. Form over weight. We want to master technique. On EVERY set leave at least 1-2 reps in the tank.
