Ingredients:
8 oz (227g) Red Beans
8 oz (227g) Lentils
1 Can (1 lb / 454g) Diced Tomatoes
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
Vegetable Oil
Plain Yogurt
Salt, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Crushed Red Pepper

Preparations:
1- Soak red beans overnight or at least 8 hours.
2- Dice the onion.
3- Rinse the lentils.
