Make Hummus From scratch!!

Hello Ready for a #Komalcooks ?
-half cup of dried chickpeas make one cup of soaked chickpeas
-boil the chickpeas with two tablespoon of salt for 45 minutes or till they have cooked but not falling apart.
- rinse the chickpeas and take off the shells
-roast 100 grams of white sesame
- grind the sesame into a paste with extra virgin olive oil
- take 2 tablespoons from the mixtures and store the rest in the fridge
- add the cooked chickpeas in the blender
- add one clove of garlic
- add salt to taste
-add 4 pinches of cumin/ jeera
-add half a lemon
- grind till smooth
