This is a very easy and yummy raita for weight lose as well as for a regular diet.
Eat it with or without baghar.so try it and send me a pic on my face book page .
INGREDIENTS :
YOGURT 1/2 kg
your favorite vegetables.
boiled peas 1 cup
blanched or raw cabbage 1 cup full.
boiled potato 1 large
1 medium tomato without seeds.
1/2 cup sweet corns
1 small onion
1 large cucumber
1 tbsp mild green chilies chopped
mint / coriander chopped 2 tbsp
salt 1-1/2 tsp or to taste
black pepper pwd 1 tsp or to taste

FOR BAGHAR :
cumin seeds 1 tsp
crushed red chilies 1 tsp or to taste
oil 2 to 3 tbsp
curry leaves 10 ( optional )

METHOD :
add all ingredients in yogurt and mix well.
heat up oil then add curry leaves ,cumin and chili flakes then turn off the flame immediately .
mix well and pour on yogurt.
or just eat without baghar .
