If you follow along with me, this workout will burn approx 700-800 calories. You can create your own workout by focusing on one section or another. Repeat as many times as you like :)

Cardio Focus (40 seconds work, 20 seconds high knees)
(Repeat twice for a 10 minute segment)
1) Side shuffles
2) 2 oblique hops, 1 divebomber pushup
3) squat with glut raise
4) 1/2 burpee kick through
5) Plank dumbell pull

Strength Focus (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
1) Low side step, squat & press
2) breakdance pushups
3) Bulgarian R leg
4) Knee-in abs
5) Bulgarian L leg
