My Self-Care Routine! - Kati Morton

Life can be stressful and we all feel overwhelmed from time to time. Today I am going to show you what I do to keep up my own mental and physical health! This is my first vlog and truthfully I thought this would be SO easy, but it wasn't at all! It actually took me two days to film and hours of editing, so let me know if you like this type of video! I think it's sometimes more powerful to show how to do something versus just talking about it.
In this vlog you will see how I walk around my town, grab coffee, shop, pick up some yummy smelling candles, and then head back home to relax. I never really have a plan when I take a self care day, because if I do, I find myself feeling like I need to adhere to it versus just going with what feels good.
