- 6 Egg Whites
- Cinnamon
- Stevia
- Whey Protein Isolate
* If you don't have whey protein just add more cinnamon. I have made it without whey protein and it still turned out delicious.

Cooking Instructions:

- Spray pan with cooking spray

- It is best to start warming up the pan while you start cracking your eggs and mixing ingredients.....you want the pan heated up before you put batter on. Cook on Low

- Mix eggs and dry ingredients together

- Pour on pan and let cook on one side until firm and brown

- Flip pancake and cook on opposite side

- Flip one more time if needed

- Add whatever toppings you like and enjoy!

* I normally use Almond Milk in this recipe to add fluffyness to the pancake
