Yesterday we looked at using the one arm sled drag to add grip, rotation, and anti-rotation demands. Today we’ll look at using the same movement as a diagnostic.

You can do all the long lever arm swings you want, but if you bend the elbow to a short lever when under load it can be a giveaway that you’re missing rotation and control. Coaches, keep an eye out for bent elbows if you work this into your programming.
