My delicious One Pot Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta is the ultimate one-pot midweek dinner dish that’s guaranteed to please the whole family! Beef mince is browned with onions and garlic, then seasoned with herbs and spice. Beef stock is added along with macaroni, then the whole thing is simmered until the pasta is cooked. Stir through some grated cheese, and you have a Beef Taco flavoured Mac and Cheese style dish that both kids and adults will love - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Medium Sized Brown or Yellow Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
Vegetable Oil
1kg of Beef Mince
40g Packet of Powdered Taco Seasoning
1 Cup of Taco Sauce / Tomato Salsa (or 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste)
2 Cups of Water
4 Cups of Beef Stock
500g of Short Pasta (Macaroni or Elbow is ideal)
3 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese (or your favourite cheese)
Salt and Pepper

Prep Time: About 10 minutes
Cook Time: About 45 minutes
