Oreo Reese's chocolate tarts are out of this world. If you can imagine a tart made with Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and cream, lined with an Oreo crumb base, this is the tart for you. You can make a few variations if you wish. For example, if you find it's a bit on the sweet side our you're diet conscious, use unsweetened chocolate chips. You can also use heavy cream instead of whipping cream or half and half. I always serve this tart up for birthday parties and it's an instant hit.
