Achari Paneer is an Indian cottage cheese curry made using pickling spices. This achari paneer of my version is a creamy as well as robust flavored cottage cheese curry with pickling spices or achari masala. Among all the paneer gravy like Kadai Paneer, Paneer Kolhapuri, Paneer Tikka Masala and Paneer Butter Masala this one is the most liked recipe for me. I assure you everyone in your family will just love its unique flavours and will definitely ask you to do to again and again.

panner 250g
fresh cream 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1tsp
fennel seeds 1tsp
fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds 1tsp
oil 2 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
green chili 1
tomato 1 chopped
green peas 1/4 cup
chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
salt as required
beaten curd 1 cup
capsicum 1/2 chopped
kasuri methi 2 tbsp

1.Take cumin seeds,fennel seeds,fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and grind then coarsely.
2. Take some oil and butter in a pan.when the butter is melted add the grinded powder and saute well.
3. Next add the ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell goes. Now add the green chili, tomatos, green peas close and cook for few minutes. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and required salt, saute everything well. Add the beaten curd in the pan and mix it well. Next add the chopped capsicum and kasuri methi .Along with this add half cup of water and alow it to boil.
4. Next we are going to add our main ingredient panner, close and cook for few minutes.The achari paneer masala is ready now , to make this in a creamy version add half cup of fresh cream . Mix this well and boil it for 2 to 3 mins. Now our achari creamy paneer masala is ready. Serve it hot with roti ,naan or chapathi.
