9) Single leg deadlift right leg
10) Pushup into side plank w/ 3 leg lifts
11) Single leg deadlift left leg
12) Pendulums
13) Ski jumps
14) Plank step overs w/ 4 elevated mountain climbers
15) 3 squat jumps, half burpee
